Before the scaffold
Start with the work the roofer needs to do
A useful first conversation covers the part of the roof being worked on, which sides of the building need access and the likely start date. Your roofer may already know the access they need; if so, share their brief with us.
For chimney, gutter or fascia work, say where that work is located. For repairs or a larger roofing job, tell us whether other trades will also need the scaffold.
